Orders

4. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping information, billing details, and preferred payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

5. Is there a cutoff time for same-day order processing?

Yes. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order at no charge within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@culbrethsjewelers.com. After this 24-hour window, or once the order has entered the fulfillment process, orders can no longer be modified or cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for available options.

7. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Absolutely. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details, payment receipt, and estimated delivery timeline. We recommend saving this email for your records.


Shipping

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All domestic shipping within the United States is completely free. There are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or surcharges.

9. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

10. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

11. Are delivery dates guaranteed?

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, all delivery timeframes are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is completely free — we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

22. Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings (including dangle earrings and studs) for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been damaged, altered, or repaired by the customer
  • Individual pieces from a jewelry set (the complete set must be returned together)

23. How long does it take to receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

24. Is return shipping really free?

Yes. All return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid return label for every eligible return, regardless of the reason.
