If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order arrives at your doorstep. We kindly ask that all return requests be submitted within this 30-day window to qualify for processing.

To qualify for a full return, your item(s) must satisfy every condition listed below:

Original Tags All brand and product tags must remain securely attached and fully intact
Packaging The original box, pouch, or protective packaging must be returned undamaged
Proof of Purchase A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email is required with every return

Items that fall short of any of the above conditions may be declined at our sole discretion.

Follow these simple steps to complete your return:

Step 1 – Reach Out to Us Send an email to info@culbrethsjewelers.com including your full order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

Step 2 – Obtain Return Authorization After our team reviews and approves your request, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed packaging and shipping instructions via email.

Step 3 – Ship the Item Back Pack the product securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Step 4 – Share Your Tracking Info Forward the return tracking number to our email so we can monitor your package every step of the way.

Step 5 – Hold onto Your Receipt Please retain your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed and the refund has been issued.

Good news: All approved returns are completely free of charge. Culbreth's Jewelers covers return shipping with a prepaid label at no cost to you.


Exchange Policy

Prefer a different item? Here's the quickest route:

  2. Send back the original item using the prepaid shipping label we provide
  3. Place a fresh order for the replacement product once we confirm receipt and inspection of your return

This ensures you secure the new item immediately without waiting for the return cycle to complete.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. Please examine your order carefully as soon as it arrives. If you discover any of the following, contact us immediately:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is any other discrepancy with your order

How to report:

Please include your order number, along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following jewelry items are excluded from our return policy:

Damaged or Modified Pieces Items that have been resized, repaired, engraved, or otherwise altered by the customer
Partial Set Returns Individual components from a jewelry set cannot be returned unless the complete set is sent back
